How does it work?

Acupuncture works by stimulating the nervous system, as many acupuncture points are located near nerve pathways. This helps regulate and balance the nervous system—especially important in today’s high-stress world. Acupuncture also increases the flow of blood and qi to targeted areas, supporting nourishment, energy, and the body’s natural healing processes.

Personal Training

A training session with Kreg is precise, efficient and purpose-driven, blending elite athletic principles from U.S. National Team speed skating with evidence based strength, movement and rehabilitation science.

What does a session look like?

Every session is individualized with focus on biomechanics, injury resilience and performance, with no wasted time or filler — just intentional work. When appropriate, hands-on techniques like stretching and therapeutic massage are integrated to accelerate recovery, restore range of motion, and reinforce the training effect.

The experience feels less like a generic workout and more like working with a high-performance clinician who trains your body, fixes problems, and builds long-term durability.

Herbal Medicine

One of the most important facet of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Herbal Medicine. It has been in use for thousands of years, and it has stood the test of time into the modern day. Herbal Medicine comes in a myriad of forms, including teapills, tinctures, raw herbs, teas, granules, and food.

How do I know an herbal formula is right for me?

Traditional Chinese herbal medicine is unique in the fact that one herb might be right for one person, and not right for another. The herb that is right for you will be based on your constitution, your age, and treatment goals, among other things. During the initial Acupuncture assessment, our trained clinicians will be able to prescribe herbs based on your Traditional Chinese Medical diagnosis, and the herbal formula will be suited for you. As you return for follow ups, we will assess the progress and modify the formula as needed.

Pricing:

Diagnosis is included in the Initial Acupuncture Treatment. If you would like an herbal consult without acupuncture, the rate is $75 for an initial assessment and follow-up. Herbal formulas are priced separately.
