Foundations of Strength - Four Week Series

Foundations of Strength is a four-week series designed to build confidence, improve movement, and develop fundamental strength. Each week focuses on one of four essential movement patterns: squatting, pressing, deadlifting, and pulling.

Participants will learn proper technique, practice foundational exercises, and receive hands-on coaching in a supportive small-group setting. Exercises are adaptable to different experience levels and abilities. The goal is to help you move better, get stronger, and build a foundation for lifelong fitness.

Week 1 – Squat: Learn the fundamentals of squatting with proper technique, balance, and control to build lower-body strength and confidence.

Week 2 – Press: Develop upper-body pushing strength while learning proper shoulder mechanics, stability, and pressing technique.

Week 3 – Deadlift: Learn to hinge at the hips, brace the core, and lift safely and effectively to build strength through the posterior chain.

Week 4 – Pull: Build upper-body pulling strength while improving posture, shoulder-blade control, and back strength.

SPACE IS LIMITED! There are only six spots for this class.

Please pre-register to save your spot! You can register by messaging us or sending an email to thegrovehealingcenter@gmail.com. You will get a response with next steps.
