A blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, Dynamic soft tissue mobilization, Cupping, and Guasha - Your Massage, Your Goals
No two bodies—or two massage sessions—are the same. Your treatment can combine multiple techniques based on what you’re experiencing, whether you’re dealing with everyday tension, recovering from training, or simply want to move and feel better.
Therapeutic Massage with Kreg
Duration: 60 minutes
Investment: $120
Swedish Massage
A relaxing, therapeutic massage using flowing techniques and moderate pressure to reduce everyday muscle tension, improve circulation, and help your body recover from work, training, and daily activity.
Deep Tissue Massage
Focused, deeper-pressure work for stubborn muscle tension, tightness, and areas that aren’t moving the way they should. Pressure is tailored to your body and goals—not simply applied as hard as possible.
Assisted Stretching
Guided stretching performed with your therapist to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and range of motion. Especially useful for athletes and active individuals who feel restricted or tight.
Dynamic Soft Tissue Mobilization
A movement-based approach that combines hands-on soft tissue techniques with active movement. The goal is to improve tissue mobility, reduce restrictions, and help you move more efficiently.
Cupping
Cupping uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin and underlying tissues. It can be incorporated into a massage session to address areas of tightness and support circulation and recovery.
Gua Sha
A traditional technique using a smooth-edged tool to work through the skin and superficial soft tissues. It can be used to address areas of stiffness and tension and complement other hands-on techniques.
